They seek a Sales Director Private Label Fashion to work with major multiple retailers of fashion apparel
Responsibilities of the Sales Director Private Label Fashion will include:
Establishing and implementing business strategies that will ensure growth for the company.
Opening and developing new accounts and overseeing the management of established business accounts.
Working closely with the different retailers and ensuring clear design direction for the in-house design team
Managing the process from the concept stage.
Taking responsibility for presentations and for negotiating prices, and delivery terms.
Overseeing the key critical paths and resolving potential problems
Implementing new processes as appropriate and overseeing day to day operations
Travelling to the different retailers and to the company’s factory within Bangladesh
Attending trade shows and carrying out market research to keep up to date with new developments
Providing weekly sales reports to the Board Directors
The Sales Director Private Label Fashion will need to have in depth private label experience and be accustomed to working with major multiple retailers within Europe and/or the USA
Previous experience of working with Bangladesh and India will be beneficial and it is essential that you are accustomed to operating at a senior management level
A sound knowledge of ladies woven fashion garments is required
