This is a senior level digital marketing position to take responsibility for customer acquisition, retention and reactivation marketing strategies
The Senior CRM Customer Acquisition and Retention Manager will develop and implement all acquisition and retention programmes to achieve customer and revenue targets for the Omni channels
Create and manage customer segmentation information and look at the ways to ensure the best customer experience
Manage ROI conversion efficiency by tracking performance across the different online channels
Manage a small team for PPC , SEO and Social Media
Use customer information data to keep up to date with trends and provide new solutions to change and increasing market share.
Work collaboratively with the different depts. within the business which will include: Creative / Marketing, Buying & Merchandising, Retail Operations, and Customer Services
Manage cross functional activity
The Senior CRM Customer Acquisition and Retention Manager will need to have gained good in depth Omni channel acquisition and retention marketing experience and it is preferable that you have also gained offline retail marketing experience.
You will need to be accustomed to delivering increased market share and be able to manage data effectively and pay attention to the detail.
Sound digital knowledge and experience which will include digital marketing concepts and strategic analysis
A well-developed understanding of web analytics is essential.
Previous people management experience is required .
