This international supplier are seeking a Key Account Manager based in Hamburg to manage day to day activities with a major retail account for fashion clothing and accessories.
Responsibilities will include:
You will work with different departments for women’s clothing and accessories and ensure clear communication on product.
Present new product information from the designers and negotiate agreements working to agreed guidelines .
Build strong ongoing business relationships.
Liaise on a daily basis with the design and production teams within different countries.
Provide solutions to problems and an exceptional level of service.
Operate as a facilitator and ensure smooth running of operations and keep aware of changes and commercial opportunities.
You will need to have gained several years’ experience of working within a Key Account / Account Manager or possibly Sales Manager position and be accustomed to operating with major retailers or grocery chains. Private label experience is preferred and previous experience with women’s clothing or textiles will be of particular interest. A highly organised person with well-developed commercial and analytical skills is sought.
We are looking for someone based in or close to Hamburg in Germany. As well as being fluent in the German language you will also need to be fluent with spoken and written English.
You will be able to work remotely or within the Company office and when it is safe to do so there will be occasional travel out with Germany.
