This is a Premium Luxury Boutique and an opportunity with an  excellent international Brand

The person sought will need to have gained previous experience of managing a premium brand boutique .ideally a flagship store .

Experience with luxury accessories , fine jewellery or watches  will be of interest.

Responsibilities will include:

To motivate and lead your sales team to achieve sales objectives

Communication of Company KPI’s

Ensure active engagement with the customers and an exceptional level of customer service and sales experience

Lead and coach on meaningful CRM

Establish goals and development plans

Manage staff resources and rotas

Manage and support of the inventory

Management of special events and the responsibility for VIP

Building strong on-going business relationships with customers

Promotion of the Brand

Keeping up to date with the competition

Providing sales performance reports to the  senior management team.

The Person

You will need to have experience of managing a luxury boutique and be accustomed to managing special events.

The ability to lead and motivate others  and to achieve sales results is important . A Brand Ambassador is sought with  excellent CRM ability.

A problem solver who is well organized with good IT skills

The business are offering an excellent base salary plus commission   OTE  c£60  – £70000
