A senior appointment with a highly successful major franchise operator where you will be responsible for strategic direction and maximising sales and profit margins for retail stores and ecommerce.
Responsibilities will include :
Leading a team of business managers . Coaching and mentoring to achieve .
Developing strong host brand communication and business relationships
Maintaining excellent internal and external business relationships with third parties
Providing Strategic direction for merchandise planning OTB and stock management.
Overseeing Brand positioning , analysis, forecasting and financial performance for the Brand within different countries and regions
Setting the price architecture across the regions .
Working with the marketing teams to agree the best promotional marketing strategies
Ensuring timely management of the OTB, allocation and replenishment and terminal stock .
Overall achievement of sales margins
Providing monthly P & L information .
The Person
Experience of operating internationally at a senior merchandising level with a high-profile multiple fashion retail or department store or supermarket brand .
Sound merchandising skills with the experience of preparing and managing substantial budgets .
Exceptional strategic skills with the ability to make sound commercial decisions .
An entrepreneurial spirit who can lead and inspire a management team and who has excellent communication skills along with a background of achieving results .
