EVP International Sales
An excellent opportunity based in California with travel. This is a successful Brand with further global expansion plans and the requirement is for a person with a strong wholesale background and excellent retail/ multi-channel knowledge.
Responsibilities will include:
Working closely with the President to agree new strategies
Developing strategic sales plans and establishing the monthly and annual sales objectives for the different regions and markets
Establishing new channels of distribution within different markets and territories
Developing and supporting your senior management team within the international territories
Taking direct responsibility for achieving sales and margins within the American market
P&L accountability for the global market.
This Executive Vice President position will involve travel across the USA plus visits to Europe and the Asia Pacific markets to support the company’s sales teams. You will also attend sales conferences and trade shows and will need to be accustomed to giving presentations.
Well developed financial skills are essential as are excellent negotiating , influencing and IT skills . You will need to be accustomed to having accountability for growing and developing a Brand to significant $multi- million revenue
Previous experience with a significant fashion, footwear or accessories brand is required and at a senior executive level such as EVP or SSVP . Wholesale experience is essential
You will need to have the right to live and work within the USA and be able to relocate if required.
