Remuneration: c £45000 + Benefits

This is a maternity cover and remote position with a retail Brand. One that includes a lot of travel across the UK from the Southeast to the North East. It will suit a person who is  CIPD qualified . Level 5 or above.

The responsibilities will include:
A pro-active approach to coaching and development
Identifying recruitment needs . Identifying training needs and supporting the implementation
Working closely with the L & D team to contribute to the design of formal development programmes
Working with the different stakeholders and resource team and supporting with recruitment and induction
Delivery of short courses as needed
Coaching retail managers . Team building and recognising high potential employees
Supporting a culture of continuous feedback and the performance management process.
Managing different HR projects.
Be a trusted advisor who is able to advocate lead  and support change

The Person :
You will need to have gained broad HR experience and within a retail environment. Preferably fashion or fashion related
This is a remote position that requires a lot of travel within the Midlands/ South East and up to the North East
