An excellent opportunity with a prestigious Brand for a Senior Regional Retail Manager. A commercial diverse role where you will be responsible for sales and for special events and for providing relevant training to achieve the business objectives.
Based in London with some travel within the UK the position is focused on operations and training.
Responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the retail standards, operations and commercial objectives for the UK.
Co-coordinating training seminars for boutique stores.
Ensuring exceptionally high standards of customer service and overall performance.
Implementing new processes and KPI’s.
Co-ordinating special events with the marketing team which will include the management for major sporting events.
Being a great Ambassador for the Brand.
Overseeing the VIP Customer Relationship Management within the Flagship store and additional boutiques within the UK.
Working closely with the different departments including e commerce, marketing, visual merchandising, sales and finance.
Achieving sale growth and managing after sales.
You will need to have an in depth appreciation of premium luxury goods through commercial retail operations experience
Previous experience within hospitality/sporting event management will also be of interest. Ideally you will have worked with luxury merchandise such as leather goods/ jewellery/watches/apparel .
If you are a Senior Retail Operations Manager/Head of Retail and have special event management and experience of managing the VIP customers this could be the opportunity for you.
You will need to have excellent verbal and written communication ability along with good IT skills.
The position will involve some travel within the UK . Full clean driving licence required.
