Responsibilities for the Sales Manager will include :
Establishing and implementing annual sales strategy.
Taking responsibility for achieving agreed sales growth and margins.
Leading Sales and Account Managers to achieve the Company goals .
Working across the different departments within the business and building good relationships with different stakeholders.
Building excellent ongoing relationships with the brand customers .
Making recommendations on price architecture . Carrying out research and providing information on competitor brands
Providing detailed sales reports and managing the P & L
Developing the skills of your sales and account management team.
Regular visits to key customers plus in put with training on new product.
As the Sales Manager you will need to have a flexible approach and love working within a dynamic fast paced work environment.
Sound commercial skills and a proven record of achieving results are essential along with a sound knowledge of the retail markets within the UK and Ireland.
Dept. store , multiple independents , e business.
Experience with men’s heritage / fashion brands will be ideal. Wholesale experience is essential.
You may currently be working as a Sales Manager or Wholesale Manager for a high profile Brand or for Brands within a distribution agency
