This business has a strength for ladies and children’s clothing which includes denim and a wide range of woven and jersey fashion.
Product that is supplied currently to major retailers and Brands within the USA and across Europe . Their customers include high profile retailers within the USA and Europe.
They now seek to further develop business opportunities within the USA
Responsibilities for the VP of Business Development will include:
Establishing and implementing strategies to open new doors and to achieve realistic time frames for initial sales.
Using established contacts to open and develop business with specific major retailers and Brands
Overseeing marketing activity and preparing and giving presentations
Negotiating contracts and prices .
Building strong ongoing business relationships.
Working closely with the creative teams based in Asia to develop product that reflects market trends and the requirements of the customer .
Overseeing critical paths and resolving problems effectively.
The VP Business Development will currently be working as a VP Business Development / VP Sales or as a Sales Director or Sales and Marketing Director within the fashion apparel sector.
You will need to have gained experience of selling volume apparel to major retailers or Brands within the USA

You may be based on the East or the West Coast
The company are offering a good base salary plus excellent OTE ability through bonus and commission .
