A position which will suit a person with a sound wholesale background with fashion brands and with footwear or accessories.
Responsibilities will include:
Establishing strategies and agreeing sales forecasts with the Commercial Director
Managing external agents and providing direction to a small team
Obtaining sell through information and providing weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports
Recognising business opportunities and taking responsibility for establishing new business and developing accounts to their full potential
Overseeing the Brand marketing for the different channels
Development of SIS implementation and input with e commerce
Agreeing pricing strategies that will support sales and margin growth
Building strong ongoing business relationships externally and internally
The Wholesale Country Manager is expected to be educated to Degree level and to have gained several years’ experience within a relevant wholesale environment .
And also have an excellent knowledge of different sales channels. Be accustomed to forecasting and managing budgets and to delivering results.
You may currently be working as a Country Manager, Head of Wholesale or as a Senior Key Account Manager , or Sales Manager. Certainly you will be a person who enjoys broad responsibility and who has a natural pro active approach to make a difference.
Previous people management experience is required
