This is an excellent opportunity for a Wholesale Sales Director Luxury merchandise. One where you will work closely with luxury retailers within the UK and potentially internationally and take responsibility for continued growth
Your responsibilities will include :
Agreeing strategies and the seasonal budgets . Establishing price points
Identifying market opportunities and creating marketing strategies
Overseeing the forecasting and inventory management
Managing new product launches with the different retailers and acting as an Ambassador to the business
Keeping aware of competitor activity
Providing regular reports on sales and profits
Managing and developing a team.
Achieving sales targets and margins
The Wholesale Sales Director Luxury will need to have a very sound commercial background with an excellent network of contacts with luxury goods retailers.
Previous experience of working with premium product is required. This could be home/ home accessories /fragrance/cosmetics
It is expected that you will be educated to Degree level and have excellent numerical and IT skills along with the ability to be a great Brand Ambassador
A good appreciation of marketing is needed and additional European languages will be beneficial
