Category Buying Manager – Fashion & Accessories
An excellent opportunity with a retail business that is growing rapidly. A vibrant fast paced environment and a business that offers hybrid working. This is a senior position that requires a sound commercial background and business travel overseas and within the UK.
Responsibilities will include:
Leading a multi-disciplinary team across product buying design and development
Overseeing the buying design and development of a wide range of fashion clothing, accessories and gifting products.
Working closely with suppliers and ensuring strong business relationships with factories, vendors and stakeholders.
Close collaboration with the merchandising teams and across departments.
Taking responsibility for complex data analysis
Managing substantial budgets and revenue responsibility.
The Requirements:
Senior level retail buying management experience within apparel /accessories
(Branded and development)
Experience of managing substantial budgets and Revenue.
Excellent negotiating skills.
Able to lead people and develop their skills
Clean driving licence and able to travel.
