Responsibilities will include :
Managing and growing high profile retail business accounts to achieve sales and profit margins.
Identifying potential new business within the UK / Europe and taking the lead to open and manage new business negotiations .
Presenting and leading meetings with major retailers within different sectors from fashion multiples to supermarket to garden centre .
Overseeing complex projects and taking responsibility for the price negotiations , budgets, and the P & L of your area.
Oversee the product development process /sampling /production / packaging and compliance with your team .
Ensure the critical paths are managed to time frames .
Provide support to different departments when needed .
The Person:
Sales driven with a background that includes private label Sales Management .
Well connected with major retailers within the UK and/ or across Europe .
The experience of managing budgets and ability to tender open and close deals with major retailers.
Experience of managing people directly and indirectly and able to work very much as a team.
Able to ensure clear communication across all areas of a business .
Previous experience with apparel accessories or within a FMCG environment will be of interest.
