Area Manager- Fashion Lifestyle

This very successful  Fashion Lifestyle Brand are seeking an Area Manager  for maternity cover.

Responsibilities will include:

Managing an agreed number of stores within the Southeast of England/ Midlands and to the North.
Achieving  sales growth objectives and drive the KPIs
Coach and develop the skills of others and ensure excellent employee engagement
Manage agreed budgets and take  P & L responsibility for your area .
Oversee visual merchandising activity
Ensure high standards are maintained within each store and best practice and safety standards  adhered to.

The Person:

Previous experience  as an Area Manager /District Manager  managing multiple stores is required . Preferably this will have included working for a fashion lifestyle brand
A positive pro-active approach with a record of achieving sales  results .
Good people coaching and development skills  along with a flexible approach is essential.
This position will require the person to travel extensively within the UK for c4 days per week
You will probably be based within the Midlands and you will need a full clean driving licence.
The company are offering a good salary plus benefits which includes pension and travel allowance.
